SIDE LIFT ATTIC

• The side section of roof is lifted to increase the ceiling height in the attic.
• This increase in height offers a larger liveable area creating the opportunity for a number of room layouts depending on the area available and your budget.
• Windows are provided to suit the room layouts for light and ventilation and to comply with the National Construction Code / Building Code of Australia.
• The existing party walls are upgraded or new party walls are constructed to have fire ratings complying with the National Construction Code / Building Code of Australia.
• The new external walls are constructed to have fire ratings to comply with the Building Code of Australia.
• The staircase options can be selected to suit your style, budget and décor.
• New attic walls and ceiling are fully lined with plasterboard sanded to a smooth finish ready to paint.
• Wall and ceiling thermal insulation is provided to exceed the requirements of the BASIX Certificate.
• The design options available may vary according to Local Council regulations and the National Construction Code / Building Code of Australia building classification.
