• The attic is built wholly within the roof space of your home.
• The attic floor is constructed independent of the existing ceiling framing.
• T&G sheet flooring is standard and can be upgraded to solid timber T&G strip flooring of your choice.
• The staircase options can be selected to suit your style, budget and décor.
• New attic walls and ceiling are fully lined with plasterboard sanded to a smooth finish ready to paint.
• The operable roof window is sized to comply with the National Construction Code / Building Code of Australia and you have the option to add a second roof window.
• Wall and ceiling thermal insulation is provided to exceed the requirements of the BASIX Certificate.
• The acoustic properties of your attic can be upgraded to comply with Aircraft Noise Intrusion requirements if your home is in the airport flight path zone.
• All electrics are installed by qualified Electricians.
